We have a 30-day quality assurance guarantee against product issues or defects.  We do not offer returns or refunds.  If there is an issue or defect with your Clean Idea product please contact us within 30days of your order and we will replace the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
